Cappuccino Peanut Butter Snack Mix

6 squares (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

6 cups spoon-sized shredded wheat cereal

3 envelopes instant cappuccino mix, 

    any flavor or 1 cup 

 

Microwave the chocolate and peanut butter in a large microwavable bowl on High for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.  Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.  Stir the cereal into the chocolate mixture until it is evenly coated.

 

Place the cappuccino mixes in a large zipper-style plastic bag.  Add the cereal mixture.  Seal and shake the bag until the cereal is well coated.  Store in a tightly covered container.

 

Makes about 7 cups.
